Corvallis needs a mayor willing to have a vision and to bring ideas directly before the residents, the city, and the City Council for consideration. A mayor willing to work with community members, businesses and developers to find creative solutions and remove barriers to Corvallis's future.

Future of Housing - Working with developers and businesses to find barriers to Corvallis growth, while maintaining public input and participation in the need for more housing in Corvallis.

Economic Development - Support current local businesses while positioning Corvallis for future growth that will bring in new business and create new jobs.

Research Hub - Work with community partners to keep and grow Corvallis to be a research hub through the State. Ensuring there are policies and land available to grow and support the research done in Corvallis.

Affordable Mindset - Ensuring Corvallis is a city of affordability for all income levels. Working to ensure City fees and taxes do not overburden the workers and residents of Corvallis. An affordability mindset drives decision-making.

Bringing real experience to the table matters in a mayor to be effective and willing to take bold action. Corvallis needs a mayor willing to show up, whether that is at a ward meeting or public forum. Going to Salem to lobby directly in front of the State legislature. Willing to help facilitate a difficult conversation to improve the future of Corvallis.
